Public School Partners staff is ready to help design, implement, and monitor programming
SWOT AnalysEs
Public School Partners completes a comprehensive Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis that drives the identification of programming to improve student performance outcomes and meet district goals.
A SWOT analysis includes:
Historical and Current Data Review
Analysis of survey data from students, teachers, parents, and community
Review of the alignment between programming and goals of the organization
Proactive Data Systems
Public School Partners believes students will improve if school administrators can identify students who need help before major issues are seen. A computerized analysis tool, BLOOM, is designed to help school staff identify students who were showing signs of needing interventions.
The BLOOM system reviews formative student data including grades, absences, tardies, and discipline to identify students in need of academic and social-emotional supports.
The BLOOM system also tracks the assignment of interventions and whether they are effective in changing the trajectory of student academic performance.
